Design of Embedded Face Image Acquisition and Display System

Abstract  Aiming at the phenomenon that the video display is not smooth in the embedded development platform, this paper presents a scheme of face images collected by USB camera. This scheme is based on the Samsung S5PV210 and embedded Linux operating system, and porting Qt and OpenCV on it. This paper introduces the process of video image acquisition through OpenCV, taking the USB camera as the video image acquisition equipment, and display face image in real time on the LCD screen through Qt. After testing, the image can be smoothly displayed on the LCD screen. It provides a solution for video images display on the embedded platform.
