Abstract At present, mobile tablet devices are popularly used in new media development with three common techniques: technique
in the middle of hardware, technique in the development of browser and technique of Rich Media. This paper mainly studies
the application of Rich Media in mobile tablet devices, and how Rich Media is utilized in mobile tablet to provide corresponding
high-tech and tidal current service.
