Abstract With the further development of smart city construction, the demand of community management network, information and
wisdom is increasingly prominent. Aiming at the problems of intelligent fragmentation and information island in traditional commu-
nity management system, combined with the specific needs of smart community, this paper proposes an open cloud service platform
for new smart community, gives the overall architecture scheme of the platform, and studies the key technologies of the platform im-
plementation. Finally, through platform testing, the feasibility of the above technologies in the development and design of smart com-
munity cloud service platform is verified
