In view of the complexity, multi-constraint and multi-objective characteristics of production scheduling in process indus- try, an enhanced collaborative optimization algorithm (NCO) is proposed, which is applied to solve multi-objective optimization problems, and a multi-objective collaborative optimization method (MONCO) based on NCO is proposed. The simulation results show that MONCO algorithm can not only optimize the effect, but also reduce the number of iterations and improve the computa- tional efficiency

With the expansion of colleges and universities, the number of fresh graduates is increasing year by year, and the employ- ment pressure cannot be underestimated. Aiming at the problem of difficult employment, we conduct data analysis on the recruit- ment website, dig out the skills required for the job, and combine the results of the courses taken by the students when they are in school. Comparing the two, it is possible to recommend suitable jobs to the students and to the school, providing basis for job posi- tioning and job ability analysis in the professional talent training plan. The development of the position analysis system adopts the idea of separating front and back ends. The back end uses Hadoop platform and Spark framework. The front end uses Vue to bind da- ta. Echarts realizes visualization and visually displays the relevant data of the position. The post analysis system based on big data technology can obtain and analyze in real time, and visualize relevant employment data.

Talents training scheme is the fundamental guidance document for the implementation of talents training in universities. In order to train applied, compound and innovative talents to meet the needs of society, a new talents training plan is researched and de- signed, which supported by knowledge structure, ability structure and quality structure. The talents training plan is based on OBE ed- ucation concept, according to national standard and national development strategy, keep up with the development of discipline and specialty. The goal of personnel training is determined scientifically and reasonably, and the realization matrix is designed. The cur- riculum system consists of theoretical curriculum system, practical curriculum system and extracurricular innovative practice activi- ties, which covering the main areas of professional knowledge system. Courses reflecting the frontiers of disciplines, school charac- teristics and regional characteristics are added as elective subjects. To solve these problems, as we found out that most algorithms in digital image processing has clear input image, input parameter and output image, this paper has come up with a teaching software of digital image processing experiment. In the software, every algorithm is designed as a module in the whole process. A digital image processing experiment can be accomplished by selecting different modules with given attributes and then be linked together. The software has a high degree of efficiency and has been well applied in experimental teaching.

In view of the characteristics of Database Principles and Applications course, such as more knowledge points and more de- tails, strong operability and less class hours, a question bank based on wechat small program is developed. This paper studies the ap- plication of rain classroom in teaching, uses the combination of rain classroom and the question bank to carry out teaching activities, and puts forward the course teaching mode based on mobile learning. Through the analysis of information statistics and interviews, the results show that this teaching mode improves students' interest and learning level and obtains good teaching effect.

With the rapid development of Internet of Things and mobile communication technology, great changes have been brought to traditional agricultural production. Aiming at the fine production and management of crops in greenhouse, an intelligent green- house system based on Internet of Things is designed. Agricultural production personnel can obtain real-time and remote environ- mental data such as air temperature and humidity, soil moisture, carbon dioxide concentration, light intensity and other environmen- tal data through mobile phones and mobile terminals, and can also control multiple solenoid valves and frequency converters in or- der to improve the quality and yield of agricultural products. Remote irrigation and precise fertilization are achieved. The experimen- tal results show that the system can effectively realize the fine management of crops, help customers to improve production, reduce costs and increase revenue.

The distributed network system of multi radar target monitoring usually includes polar coordinate system with radar as co- ordinate origin and rectangular coordinate system with command center as coordinate origin. However, due to the complex situation of different radar surrounding airspace environment and radar equipment, large sample standard deviation is prone to occur in the measurement of target distance, azimuth and elevation angle by single radar. In this case, according to the unified rectangular coordi- nate system, target position error transfer method, comprehensive index statistics method and other calculation methods, the mea- surement weight, variance and standard deviation of different coordinate components of the target object are analyzed statistically. After that, the weighted fusion model of multi radar tracks is used to verify the vertical weighted estimation value of limited radar measurement points in rectangular coordinate system, and then the result value of each element state of the target is determined.
