This paper designs the evaluation index system of teachers’ classroom teaching quality based on the basic theory of FAHP. It applies AHP to determine the index weight and establish mathematical models of the evaluation of classroom teaching quality, using models to carry out comprehensive evaluation of teachers’ classroom teaching quality. It further provides relevant suggestions to help teachers improve the quality of their teaching.

There is higher processing speed requirement especially in the rapid capture of the highway. This paper uses conventional image processing technique and template matching algorithm instead of the complex image processing algorithms. It proposes a set of quick and easy license plate recognition algorithm, which can greatly increase the license plate recognition processing speed, especially for the case that need to quickly identify license plate applications. At last，it uses MATLAB for the implementation of the algorithm and validation.
